The Story
It started with a button.
Nobody knows where it came from.
Nobody knows who created it.
Nobody knows why it works.
But someone pressed it.
The First Button
There was an empty room.
No machines. No instructions. No explanation.
Just a button.
It seemed harmless. So it was pressed.
Something happened.
The button was pressed again.
Something happened again.
And then a number appeared.
1
The Levels
The number increased.
It became clear that the button had rules.
A press didn't always succeed.
Every attempt was a chance.
And as the number increased, the chance became smaller.
The button was getting harder.
But stopping wasn't an option anymore.
100
Eventually, there was a final goal.
Level 100.
Nobody knew what would happen when they reached it.
That didn't stop people from trying.
Some made it. Some didn't.
But the button wasn't finished.
The Second Button
Then there were two.
The second button looked familiar.
But something had changed.
It was faster.
More demanding.
And it wasn't satisfied with simply being pressed.
Inferno
The button began moving.
Then it started moving faster.
And faster.
Twenty-five stages stood between the player and the end.
But there was something else.
Things started falling from above.

They had value. Value could buy upgrades.
Upgrades could make survival possible.
And survival meant continuing.
200
The first game had 100 levels.
The second has 200.
Maybe the button learned something.
Maybe we did.
Or maybe someone simply decided that 100 wasn't enough.
The Story Isn't Over
Every player adds something to the story.
The button is waiting.
